Overview
The Planning and Zoning Division is responsible for the implementation of the Village’s General Plan, Zoning and Subdivision Codes.

The Planning Division services residents and developers within the city by managing land use requirements for proposed residential, and commercial projects.

  • General Plan/Development Code Amendments
  • Public Hearings before the Village Boards and Commissions

2026 Plan Commission Submittal Deadlines

Plan Commission meets the 2nd Monday of every month at 5:00 PM.
Submittals are due a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the meeting date.
