Facility Rentals (shelters & indoor rooms)
If you are looking for a facility to hold a family reunion, birthday party, company picnic, graduation party, church picnic, or club gathering, we can help you find the perfect place for your event. We have indoor facilities at the Civic Center and at Van Lieshout Rec Center, as well as outdoor open-air shelter facilities at Doyle Park, Heesakker Park, Legion Park, and Van Lieshout Park.
Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve IN PERSON basis only at the Park & Rec Dept starting on the first business day of the calendar year. Rentals of our Indoor Civic Center and Indoor Van Lieshout Rec Center rooms are taken for March of the current year through February of the following year. Rentals of our Outdoor Open Air Park Shelters are taken for the months of May, June, July, August, and September of the current year only. Reservations can be made at the Little Chute Park & Rec Dept (2nd floor of Village Hall, 108 W. Main Street) weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payment of rental fee plus security deposit is due in full at time of reservation and must be paid USING CASH OR CHECK ONLY (we cannot take debit/credit card)

LITTLE CHUTE RESIDENT/TAXPAYER FEE FOR 2026 FACILITY/SHELTER ONLY (Village board approved 2025 rental rates through adopted budget process. Rates for any rental date after 2/29/25)
Civic Center Indoor N1/N2 Room with Full Kitchen = $150 per day plus $250* deposit
Civic Center Indoor S2/S3 Room with Kitchenette = $150 per day plus $250* deposit
Doyle Cheese Fest Open Air Shelter with kitchen = $150 per day plus $150* deposit (Doyle Band Stage can only be rented along with the Cheese Fest Shelter; added fee would be $80 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit)
Doyle Park Canal Open Air Shelter = $80 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit
Heesakker Park Open Air Shelter = $80 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit
Legion Park Open Air Shelter = $80 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit
Van Lieshout Park Open Air Shelter = $80 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit
Van Lieshout Indoor Rec Center with kitchen = $200 per day plus $250* deposit

Doyle Cheese Fest Open Air Shelter with kitchen = $200 per day plus $150* deposit (Doyle Band Stage can only be rented along with the Cheese Fest Shelter; added fee would be $105 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit)

Heesakker Park Open Air Shelter = $105 per day rental fee plus $50* deposit

NON-RESIDENT 2026 SPECIAL EVENT USING OPEN GRASS SPACE FEE
Doyle Cheese Fest Shelter with kitchen = $300 per day plus $250* deposit (Doyle Band Stage can only be rented along with the Cheese Fest Shelter; added fee would be $205 per day rental fee plus $250* deposit)
Doyle Park Canal Shelter = $205 per day rental fee plus $250* deposit
Heesakker Park Shelter = $205 per day rental fee plus $250* deposit
Legion Park Shelter = $205 per day rental fee plus $250* deposit
Van Lieshout Park Shelter = $205 per day rental fee plus $250* deposit
*(Deposit amount is based on type of rental. Deposit is refundable, by village check, if park/facility rules are followed, no damage to the facility/grounds is noted after the event, and any keys that were checked out are returned the next business day. Groups using grounds by shelter for tents or inflatables are required to schedule and pay for private locates for the area prior to tent setup.)
Holiday Rental Policy
The Village of Little Chute offers rentals on holidays for the Van Lieshout Rec Center and Civic Center. Holiday rentals will be charged at holiday rate for residents and non-residents.
Holiday Rates will apply for the following days:
- New Years Day**
- Good Friday
- Easter Weekend
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day**
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday)
- Christmas Eve**
- Christmas Day**
**Additionally: Whenever any of the above listed holidays fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be charged at the Holiday Rental Rate. Whenever the holiday falls on a Sunday, the succeeding Monday will be charged at the Holiday Rental. When Christmas Eve falls on a Friday and Christmas Day falls on a Saturday, the proceeding Thursday and Friday will be charged at the Holiday Rental rate. When Christmas Eve falls on Sunday and Christmas Day on Monday, the succeeding Monday and Tuesday will be charged at the Holiday Rental rate.

Temperature controlled indoor facility with capacity of 100 that has a kitchenette on wall of room that contains counter-to-floor fridge, stove, microwave, sink, electricity, indoor restrooms, 17 six-foot rectangle tables, and 90 chairs. Renter is responsible for setup/take down of tables & chairs.

Enclosed 40' x 36' temperature controlled indoor facility with capacity of 99 that has a TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, electricity, indoor restrooms, 75 chairs, and 15 six-foot rectangle tables. Rental also includes use of outdoor covered patio area with bench seating, standing table top island, and charcoal grill cooking area.
